If there is no service center where you live that can repair your MacBook, don’t get desperate – send us your device, we will diagnose it, repair it and send it back to you by courier. We provide this type of service, which is very practical and convenient for customers who are located within EU.

How do I call you or send you a message?

You can call us and explain what the problem is and what the complaints are. We will do our best to give you an exact price for the repair and the time frame in which it can be carried out. After you have spoken with us and specified the conditions for the repair, send your Mac to the service address, along with your name, contact phone number and a brief description of the problem. If we are unable to determine a price for the repair right away, you can send your device and take advantage of our free diagnostics. Once we receive the computer, we will perform diagnostics and contact you to tell you exactly what the problem is and what the repair options are.

When we finish servicing your Mac computer, we will notify you that it is ready and will send it back to your address, along with a document with a warranty for the repair. If after identifying the problem and the price you do not agree to perform the service, we will send it back to you, in which case you will only pay the return courier service fee. You will be notified in advance of what would be the return shipping fee.

So I’ll figure out what the problem is completely free?

Yes. The only thing you’ll pay for is the cost of shipping to the repair shop and back to you.

How much is return shipping to get my device back to me?

Within Bulgaria, the usual cost is about 10 Euro. For shipping out of Bulgaria to the countries in EU, the cost is around 40 Euro

How long does a repair take?

For your particular situation, feel free to email or call us to inquire about the turnaround time for your particular device.

The repair time depends on the exact nature of the problem and whether we will need to order parts if we do not have them in stock. MacBook motherboard repair usually takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on how serious the problem is. Display replacement – ​​about 2 weeks – we do not keep displays in stock, as there are many models with different colors.
